Council meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at the District Council of Grant Council Chamber, 324 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier, commencing at 5.30pm. If a scheduled meeting falls on a public holiday, the Council meeting will be held on the following Wednesday unless resolved otherwise by the Council. The Public are welcome to attend however the public may be excluded while business of a kind classified by the regulations as confidential is being considered.

The Council Minutes are available within 5 business days after the Council Meeting and will be available on the website or by contacting Council on 8721 0444 or info@dcgrant.sa.gov.au. The Council Minutes are also available by clicking on the appropriate link below.
Pursuant to Council's Code of Practice for Meeting Procedures (GOVPOL 03), members of the public or community groups / clubs may request to make a deputation or presentation to Council on a specific matter. Those wishing to do so must complete and submit a Request Form.
